Mr. Bikes Return Policy

Mr. Bikes offers a 7 day return policy on all of our bicycles.  Bicycles may be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging .  We also require a receipt as a proof of purchase.  If you wish to return an order, Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer.  If you have received the wrong color or size we will pay the shipping fee.

If the bicycle or packaging are received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.

 

All returns are subject to and will be charged a 25% restocking fee this includes orders that are cancelled once they have been processed. This restocking fee covers our in-store handling plus all the bank and credit card fees we are charged even when you return the product. If the return is the result of a mistake on the part of Mr. Bike Shop, you will not be charged the restocking fee.

 

Note: Returned items on orders with free shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order.

 

Mr. Bikes Warranty Policy

All Bicycles forks and frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year after the date of purchase.  The warranty ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle. The warranty does not cover other bicycle components, unfortunately pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear and cannot be covered.  The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.

All warranty items must be sent to Mr. Bikes and the owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The return address is 2207 E. Florence Ave., Huntington Park CA 90255.

 

Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use or failure to follow instructions.

The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Wheels, tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, cranks, chains, peddals,  and cables etc. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear, and are not covered.

 

Important Notice: Please tighten your lockrings, cranks, pedals, bolts/screws  etc. before & after every ride.

Stripped threads, cranks, pedals, etc. are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty.

It is important to tighten all of the bicycles cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding.  These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride.

Stripped components and threads are a result of loose bicycle parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty.  It is the riders’ responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride.
