How long will it take to get my order?
If your items are in stock, we will ship within 1-5 business days (please be aware that shipping may be delayed during Sales or busy holidays) We ship via FedEx Ground which takes approximately 1-5 business days depending on where we are shipping to. Smaller orders may be shipped vis USPS Priority Mail, and takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Can I specify a change on my complete bike order?
Yes, just enter it on the comment box when you checkout, if we have any questions we will contact you. example: I want blue wheels, black grip tape and bullhorn handlebars.
Are all items on your website currently in stock?
No, our website is not directly connected to our warehouse inventory, so it is impossible to update the site immediately after an item is no longer in stock. However, for bicycles or other larger ticket items like rimsets, we will try our best to keep the site and our stock up to date. Free Advertised Items with Purchase?
These items are free while supplies last, if the item advertised as "Free" is on back-order and will be restocking you will receive it in an additional package to avoid shipping delays on your order.
How long does it take for an item to come back in stock?
It depends. Sometimes we can have the item back in stock in a matter of days. Sometimes it may take a few months. Possible reasons could be our distributors are waiting on a shipment to arrive to port, or clear customs. In some cases, the factories are still in the process of manufacturing the item. Back-order customers (please note that some models may be subject to change without prior notice). We will make sure to keep you up to date on all the details.
Can you call me when an item becomes available again?
Can I cancel my order or change items after I already submitted my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order completely or in part, and you can also change any items, just email us at email@example.com or the better option CALL us (323) 979-8931 cancellation is not approved until you receive an email confirmation from us *Please note that if the order has already started processing you will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Do you ship outside the United States? US territories? APO addresses?
Yes, (International Shipping applies) Please note that complete Bikes will be shipped in 2 separate boxes to save on freight (Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship International orders) Small packages like wheels, frames, fork and parts ship within 2-3 business days. Make sure to choose the correct International Shipping option at checkout to avoid any delays. Also, we recommend that you check with your corresponding USPS office to inquire about any custom/duty fees you may incur when receiving your package.
Which International Option should I choose? "Shipping for Parts" only covers shipping for 1 package which can fit (1) frame and small parts or (1) wheelset and small parts. "Shipping for a complete bicycle" covers shipping for 2 packages which will include frame and parts in 1 package and wheels in the second package. Disclaimer: this option does not mean your bike will ship assembled, unfortunately we are unable to ship bicycles assembled.
