Please allow 1-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or Holidays. (Orders might be slightly delayed during busy holiday sales) Standard Shipping: Usually takes about 3-7 business days domestically and 7-21 days internationally.

What does “Same Day Shipping” mean? Items  advertised as “Same Day Shipping” only apply to certain product that clearly state it on the product page and for orders placed before our cut-off time of 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time. Orders can be picked up daily, from 11:00am- 7:00pm An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

What shipping company do we use: We ship via UPS Ground which takes approximately 1-5 business days in transit depending on where we are shipping to. Smaller orders may be shipped vis USPS Priority Mail, and takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Where do your orders ship from? We ship from Huntington Park. 

 

Can I make a change on my complete bike order?

Yes, just enter it on the comment box when you checkout, if we have any questions we will contact you. We try our very best to accomadate any changes (please note extra cost may incur) example: I want blue wheels, black grip tape and bullhorn handlebars. 


Inventory: Are all items on your website currently in stock?
Yes, our inventory is updated daily. However discrepancies might occur in which case we will contact you shortly after placing the order to notify you.  Can I cancel my order if it is not in-stock?

Yes, you have the option to place your order on hold or cancel and request a full refund (out of stock orders will not be charged) funds for out of stock orders will be Voided. 


What is “Voided Payment authorization”?  

Voided payment are not really refunds since we never actually captured any funds to begin with we are just canceling the authorization you gave us to capture the funds which will usually show on your account as "pending transaction" once we Void the payment authorization your funds will be available for immediate use (please contact your banking institution to confirm). 

Free Advertised Items with Purchase? 

These items are free while supplies last, if the item advertised as "Free" is on back-order and will be restocking you will receive it in an additional package to avoid shipping delays on your order. 

How long does it take for an item to come back in stock?
It depends. Sometimes we can have the item back in stock in a matter of days. Sometimes it may take a few months. Possible reasons could be our distributors are waiting on a shipment to arrive to port, or clear customs. In some cases, the factories are still in the process of manufacturing the item. Back-order customers (please note that some models may be subject to change without prior notice). We will make sure to keep you up to date on all the details.

Can you call me when an item becomes available again?
Yes

Can I cancel my order or change items after I already submitted my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order completely or in part, and you can also change any items, just email us at mrbikes101@gmail.com or the better option CALL us (323) 979-8931 cancellation is not approved until you receive an email confirmation from us *Please note that if the order has already started processing you will incur a 25% restocking fee. 

Do you ship outside the United States? US territories? APO addresses?
Yes, (International Shipping applies) Please note that complete Bikes will be shipped in 2 separate boxes to save on freight (Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process and ship International orders) Small packages like wheels, frames, fork and parts ship within 2-7 business days. Make sure to choose the correct International Shipping option at checkout to avoid any delays. Also, we recommend that you check with your corresponding USPS office to inquire about any custom/duty fees you may incur when receiving your package. 

Which International Option should I choose? "Shipping for Parts" only covers shipping for 1 package which can fit (1) frame and small parts or (1) wheelset and small parts.  "Shipping for a complete bicycle" covers shipping for 2 packages which will include frame and parts in 1 package and wheels in the second package. Disclaimer: this option does not mean your bike will ship assembled, unfortunately we are unable to ship bicycles assembled.
